Searching through the other posts I can see lots of similar issues but nothing quite the same. I can get to the main log in page BT Openzone customers input a user id and password. I can select O2 customer and get redirected to another sub-homepage where I get asked to enter my mobile broadband number.

When I do this I get the message "Unable to complete the login call. Please try again". This happens repeatedly. I do have credit, I can access O2 wireless fine, and have connected to The Cloud successfully all within the last months. Anyone got any ideas? Also, when searching for Wifi hotspots on the O2 site, it only shows 'The Cloud' results, but I was sold the dongle under the premise that I could also use the BT Openzone sites.
