TBH, I'm having a hard time to understand what exactly you are trying to achieve. Are you trying to display the binary representation of a vietnamese UTF 8 char? This will fail if you try this with a single char, since UTF8 is a multi-byte char set. May be this stackoverflow. Show 8 more comments.
